Director of Nursing

Experienced Registered Nurse with more than11 years of cardiovascular nursing experience and healthcare leadership. Alexis is dedicated to ensuring every client receives safe, compassionate, personalized care while supporting families and caregivers with dignity, comfort and quality of life.

Victoria Moreno, Owner

Founder &  Owner

Former Special Education Teacher with more 17 years of experience and over 20 years caring for her mother, including through brain and  Alzheimer’s disease.  Inspired by her family’s journey,Victoria founded A Helping Hand Healthcare to provide compassionate, family-centered support with dignity, patience, and respect.

Eduardo B. Moreno, Owner

Owner & Client Advocate

Known for his servant heart and dedication to helping others, Eduardo has spent years supporting friends, neighbors, family members, and even strangers in need. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he helps families feel heard, respected, and supported while providing regular client visits and quality-assurance oversight.
